NYC Mayor Mamdani Targets E‑Bike Sellers, DSA Member Faces Debate on Socialism

Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani of New York City issued cease‑and‑desist orders to 42 online retailers, including major platforms such as Target, Walmart and Wayfair, demanding they stop selling e‑bikes that exceed the city’s speed, weight and safety limits.
