NYC's Peak restaurant reopens as 'Peak with Priceless' atop Hudson Yards

Peak, a 101st‑floor restaurant located on 30 Hudson Yards in New York City, has reopened under the new name "Peak with Priceless." The venue originally opened just before the pandemic under London‑based Rhubarb Hospitality but struggled to gain traction. In the fall, Tao Group assumed management, redesigned the dining room, and relaunched the concept at the end of May. The restaurant now offers a modern‑American à la carte and prix‑fixe menu, with dishes ranging from $24 appetizers to $95 entrees. Guests also receive complimentary access to the adjacent 100th‑floor Edge observation deck. General manager Francesco Fazzari and chief culinary officer Ralph Scamardella lead the team, while the interior redesign was overseen by Susan Nugraha of Tao Group and the architectural firm Journey.
