NYSE and Korea Exchange sign memorandum of understanding
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Korea Exchange have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on various market initiatives. The partnership aims to drive innovation in both U.S. and Korean markets through cooperation on settlement cycle modernization, extended trading hours, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and market data and index products.
Separately, AI-powered defense robotics and software company XTEND is set to debut on the NYSE under the ticker symbol XTND. This public listing follows a business combination with JFB Construction Holdings, after which the entity will be renamed XTEND AI Robotics.
