NYT Connections and Strands puzzle hints released for June 15, with Quordle clues for June 16

The New York Times published its daily Connections puzzle for June 15, 2026, offering groups titled Staying Power, Get Ready for a Night Out, Chinese Zodiac Animals and Flowers, with answers such as LEGS, MOMENTUM, STAMINA, TRACTION and DOG, DRAGON, HORSE, SNAKE.

The same day the Times released its Strands word‑search puzzle themed “Moving mountains.” The spangram runs vertically and reads “You’ve Got This,” while the word list includes Vanquish, Surmount, Overcome, Quash and Conquer.

Quordle, a four‑grid Wordle variant, posted its June 16 puzzle (#1604) with hints that the answers contain five different vowels, no repeated letters, no Q, Z, X or J, and start with the letters S, P, P, S. The solutions were SLAIN, PLUCK, PINTO, SLICE.
