Nyxoah SA reports updated voting rights and share totals

Nyxoah SA has released updated information regarding its total number of voting rights and shares following the issuance of 1,767,402 new shares on August 20, 2026. This issuance was conducted in connection with a contribution in kind of a receivable held by a holder of convertible bonds issued by the company on December 18, 2025.

The company reported a share capital of EUR 7,092,826. The total number of securities carrying voting rights stands at 101,840,217, all of which are ordinary shares. Additionally, there are 225 convertible bonds with a nominal value of EUR 74,500 per bond. Depending on the conversion price, these bonds could result in between 11,326,013 and 13,410,000 additional voting rights.
