O-kome no Pan to Okashi Mori to launch gluten-free cream puffs

O-kome no Pan to Okashi Mori, a gluten-free specialty shop located in Kyotanabe, Kyoto, will launch a new rice flour cream puff on October 31, 2026. The product marks the shop's second anniversary.

Designed to be free of both wheat and dairy, the cream puff features a large shell made from domestic rice flour. It is filled with a dual layer of custard and soy milk whip, accented with granulated sugar for texture. To maintain its gluten-free and dairy-free status, the shop utilizes plant-based butter.

The item will be available exclusively on Saturdays and is priced at 400 yen (including tax).
