O Marisquiño festival hosts basketball and DJ competitions

The O Marisquiño festival in Vigo is expanding its programming to include diverse sporting and musical disciplines. The event recently hosted a 3x3 basketball competition at the Samil court, which featured a prominent figure from Spanish basketball to help promote the sport locally and inspire young athletes.

Additionally, the festival is introducing the DMC Iberia finals, an international turntablism competition. Top DJs from Spain and Portugal will compete to showcase technical skill, creativity, and musicality. The three winners of the Iberian final will earn the opportunity to represent their countries at the DMC World Finals in London.
