o2 receives outstanding rating in German hotline test

In a recent hotline test conducted by the magazine connect, the German internet service provider o2 received an ‘outstanding’ rating. Scoring 478 out of 500 points, o2 ranked second among nationwide providers, trailing only Telekom, which scored 480 points.

Testers specifically praised the quality of the consultation, noting that staff appeared well-trained and provided practical solutions for technical issues, such as optimizing Wi-Fi signal strength. Other nationwide providers included 1&1, which also received an ‘outstanding’ rating, and Vodafone, which was rated ‘very good’.
