OAB-GO launches integrated service ecosystem for lawyers

The Brazilian Bar Association - Goiás Section (OAB-GO) has announced the launch of OAB ON, a new integrated service ecosystem. The platform consolidates demands related to the Section, the Assistance Fund for Lawyers of Goiás (Casag), and the Superior School of Advocacy of Goiás (ESA) into a single channel.

Designed to simplify contact for legal professionals, the system allows lawyers to initiate requests via telephone or WhatsApp using a single number. A dedicated team of 18 people manages the incoming requests, directing them to the appropriate department without requiring the user to identify the specific sector beforehand. The initiative aims to provide greater integration, practicality, and agility in addressing the needs of the legal community.
