OAB Paraná launches legal incubator and Maringá legal aid drive
The Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Paraná has launched several initiatives to support both legal professionals and the general public. In partnership with Sebrae/PR, OAB Paraná officially introduced a Law Firm Incubator designed to boost management, innovation, and sustainable growth for legal businesses in the state.
The 16-week program includes a 40-hour technical track covering topics such as ethical legal marketing, technology, and strategic planning. Participants will engage in masterclasses, regional bootcamps, and a pitch session, with the top five projects receiving prizes of up to R$ 10,000.
Simultaneously, OAB Maringá is conducting a large-scale legal orientation drive at the Maringá Urban Terminal. Featuring over 600 volunteer lawyers, the initiative aims to provide free legal guidance to approximately 1,500 people. The service covers various legal areas, including consumer, family, labor, and social rights, specifically targeting vulnerable populations.
