Oar House Pub in Sea Isle City put up for sale

The Oar House Pub, a long-standing establishment in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, has been officially put up for sale in 2025. The sale includes the 110-year-old building, the business's liquor license, and an adjacent modern apartment building.

The mixed-use property located on 42nd Place is noted as the only property on the island that sells alcohol. The site was previously known as the Lobster Loft before being remodeled and rebranded by businessman Jimmy Bennett.
