Oasi Milena launches fundraising for feline shelter in Fara

The association Oasi Milena has launched a fundraising campaign to purchase a property in Fara to serve as a feline shelter. The initiative aims to provide a permanent home for cats in need and reduce stray populations in the area.

This move follows a previous dispute with the local administration regarding the use of land near a cemetery, which was denied due to urban planning restrictions. To avoid further reliance on municipal promises, the association is seeking to buy a building directly. The GoFundMe campaign has already raised over 13,000 euros toward the 50,000 euro goal required for the purchase.
