Oasis documentary reveals details of Gallagher brothers' reunion

The documentary ‘Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger’, directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace and written by Steven Knight, chronicles the reunion of the Britpop band Oasis and their 2025 tour. The film, which premiered at the Venice International Film Festival, explores the reconciliation of brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher following a 15-year feud that began after their 2009 split in Paris.

Creators have clarified that the film does not feature a dramatic, heart-to-heart conversation between the brothers to settle their differences. Instead, Noel Gallagher noted that their reconnection was remarkably simple, consisting of a casual “how you doing?” when they entered the same room. The documentary utilizes candid, behind-the-scenes footage from rehearsals and performances to show the gradual rebuilding of their relationship through their music and stage presence.

The film will be available for streaming on Disney+ and Hulu starting Friday, October 9. It includes exclusive interviews, additional live performances, and footage of the brothers' first joint interview in over two decades.
