Oasis releases teaser for ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ documentary
A new documentary titled “Don’t Look Back In Anger” chronicles the 2025 Oasis Live ’25 reunion tour, marking the first time brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have performed together in 16 years. The film, written and produced by BAFTA‑ and Oscar‑nominated screenwriter Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, promises unprecedented backstage access, rehearsal footage and the first joint interviews of the Gallaghers in more than two decades.
The teaser trailer was unveiled ahead of a limited cinematic release in September, with IMAX and selected theatres in Australia, New Zealand and Japan slated to show the film for two weeks. After the theatrical window, the documentary will debut worldwide on Disney+. It highlights the tour’s global reach – over two million fans across five continents – and its cultural impact, described by Knight as a “reconciliation” message for a fractured world.
Key moments in the trailer include Liam warning of “chaos” and Noel admitting he “couldn’t see himself on stage with Liam” before the band’s comeback in Cardiff, Wales. The production features contributions from Magna Studios, Sony Music Vision and a roster of award‑winning sound and visual artists, underscoring the event’s status as one of the biggest musical moments of 2025.
