Oasis Reunion Tour Sparks Documentary Release and Album Decline
A documentary titled Don’t Look Back In Anger, produced by Magna Studios and Sony Music Vision, will debut in cinemas in September and later stream on Disney+. The film, directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace with Steven Knight as writer‑producer, offers backstage access and the first joint interviews of Liam and Noel Gallagher in more than 25 years, covering the band’s 2025 Live ’25 reunion tour.
At the same time, Liam Gallagher announced on X that he will not record a new Oasis album, saying he is not prepared for the criticism that would accompany such a release and prefers to focus on live performances.
Both developments highlight the cultural impact of Oasis’s reunion, drawing global fan interest while confirming that new studio material is not forthcoming.
