Oaxaca de Juárez municipal works show progress

Ray Chagoya, the municipal president of Oaxaca de Juárez, has presented progress reports on four strategic infrastructure projects aimed at improving mobility and public spaces in the capital.

The Benito Juárez Monument overpass is 17.86% complete, with deep foundation work finished, representing a total investment exceeding 356 million pesos. The Parque del Amor commercial area is 62% complete and will feature 134 commercial premises.

Additionally, the Circuito Nororiente project has reached 18.37% progress, involving the rehabilitation of nearly nine kilometers of roads. Work has also commenced on the México Imparable Community Center in Pueblo Nuevo, a collaborative project with the state government designed to provide a safe space for youth recreation and violence prevention.
