Oaxaca de Juárez offers tax incentives for property regularization

The Oaxaca de Juárez City Council, through its Municipal Cadastre Unit, has extended various incentives for the 2026 fiscal year to assist residents in regularizing the tax status of their properties.

Available benefits include discounts of up to 100% on fines and surcharges, as well as a 30% discount on the principal amount, depending on the specific conditions of each file. These incentives apply to fiscal years ranging from 2021 to 2026 and are valid until October 31. The 100% discount applies strictly to fines and surcharges and does not eliminate the total debt.

The Municipal Cadastre Unit provides personalized guidance, file reviews, payment line verification, and assistance with the regularization process. Interested individuals can visit the offices at Murguía 300-A, Centro, or contact the unit via telephone or WhatsApp.
