Oaxaca State Congress Begins Second Ordinary Session

The LXVI Legislature of the Oaxaca State Congress opened its second ordinary session on July 1, 2026, marking the start of a legislative period that runs until September 30. The opening ceremony highlighted the chamber’s commitment to an open parliament, transparency and plural dialogue.
