OB Beer hosts brewing event using Icheon agricultural products

OB Beer held a special brewing event titled "A Glass Brewed by Icheon" at its Icheon plant in Gyeonggi Province to celebrate World Beer Day. Approximately 50 employees participated in the experience, which focused on utilizing local agricultural products from the Icheon region.

Brewmasters developed a specific craft beer recipe, "Cheers from Icheon," by analyzing and fermenting local specialties including Icheon King's rice, Janghowon peaches, and cornus officinalis from Baeksa-myeon alongside malt. The event included educational programs covering the fermentation, aging, and filtration processes, as well as a home-brewing session where participants engaged in the bottling process.
