OBC Holdings announces new brand identity and A&K Tower project

OBC Holdings, the developer of the A&K Tower project, has announced a new brand identity and a strategic development phase. Established in 2020, the company has accumulated a land fund of over 12.68 hectares, with plans to develop more than 16,600 products by 2036.

The company will officially adopt a new brand identity in August 2026, transitioning from a bronze brown color scheme to an emerald green and gold combination. This rebranding is intended to reflect the company’s core values of kindness, persistence, and sustainability.

OBC Group (Tập đoàn OBC), which has connections to OBC Holdings, was established in March 2024 with a charter capital of 450 billion VND. General Director Nguyen Quang Tuan holds a 51% stake in OBC Group. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu, a founding shareholder of OBC Holdings, also serves as a key figure within the corporate structure.
