Oben Electric hits 10,000 electric motorcycle production milestone

Oben Electric, an electric motorcycle manufacturer based in Bengaluru, has reached a production milestone of 10,000 electric motorcycles. The company’s Rorr Evo model has seen significant market traction, surpassing 25,000 bookings.

The manufacturer operates a 3.5-acre vertically integrated facility in Bengaluru with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units. The company handles much of its technology in-house, including the design and manufacture of LFP batteries, motors, vehicle control units (VCUs), chargers, and proprietary software.

Oben Electric currently maintains a retail and service network of over 150 showrooms across 90 cities in 18 Indian states, with plans to expand to 200 showrooms by early 2027.
