Oberá police arrest man for death threats against ex-partner

A 44-year-old man, identified as a member of the Prefectura Naval, was arrested in Oberá after allegedly traveling from Buenos Aires to threaten his former partner. The victim, a 47-year-old woman, reported to the Women's Police Station that the man arrived at her home on Sunday and refused to leave. The situation escalated when the man allegedly issued death threats against her.

Following the report, judicial authorities ordered his immediate detention. The suspect was located and apprehended by officers from the Women's Police Station on Monday afternoon and remains in custody pending judicial proceedings.
