Oberwil celebrates Swiss National Day with community festival

Oberwil celebrated the Swiss National Day with a community festival at Wehrlinplatz, featuring music, food, and various entertainment for all ages. The event included musical performances by ‘The Coconuts’, the ‘Jodlerfründe Leimental’, and the Musikverein Oberwil.

During the festivities, Mayor Hanspeter Ryser introduced National Councilor Daniela Schneeberger as the keynote speaker. In her address, Schneeberger emphasized the importance of community and local engagement during challenging times.
