Obi Cubana gifts Pastor Jerry Eze a mansion for his 44th birthday

Nigerian businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, widely known as Obi Cubana, has announced he is gifting a luxury mansion to Pastor Jerry Eze to celebrate the cleric's 44th birthday. The property, located in Delta State, is reportedly valued at approximately N500 million.

Obi Cubana shared the news via social media, describing Eze as one of his “most amazing brothers” and expressing appreciation for his spiritual service and humanitarian work. The businessman noted that he had made a personal commitment in January to complete and present the building to the pastor by his next birthday.

Jerry Eze is the founder of Streams of Joy International and the convener of the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), a popular online prayer programme. The mansion is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by December.
