OBOOK Holdings reports H1 2026 revenue of US$3.87 million

OBOOK Holdings (operating under the OwlTing Group brand) reported unaudited revenue of US$3.87 million for the first half of 2026, representing a 0.8% increase year over year. While hospitality services revenue grew 11.0% to US$1.54 million, payment services revenue declined 2.8% to US$2.11 million, and e-commerce revenue fell 22.2% to US$0.22 million.

The company reported a net loss of US$18.82 million, driven by rising operating expenses of US$17.33 million, which included significant non-cash share-based compensation. However, the adjusted gross margin improved to 15.3%.

Recent operating data shows growth in the company’s OwlPay Harbor platform. July payment volume rose 107.6% month-over-month, and the annualized payment volume reached approximately US$160 million as of August 20, 2026. The enterprise client base grew to 79. CEO Darren Wang noted that the company is transitioning from infrastructure build-out and client onboarding into live production and transaction processing for global stablecoin-enabled payments.
