Observability Day to address AI and system monitoring in São Paulo

The first edition of Observability Day is scheduled for September 18, 2026, in the Vila Mariana district of São Paulo. Organized by the technology company Elven, the event will bring together approximately 300 professionals from DevOps, platform engineering, and technical leadership to discuss system monitoring, incident management, and the integration of artificial intelligence in digital environments.

The event comes amid a significant rise in service availability incidents in Brazil. Data from CERT.br, maintained by NIC.br, shows that 74,537 denial-of-service attack notifications were recorded between January and July 2026, a substantial increase from the 26,418 recorded during the same period in 2025.

Elven CEO Bruno Pereira noted that the presence of AI agents in production environments has fundamentally changed how teams monitor systems, as AI models now make real-time decisions. Projections suggest that by 2028, 40% of organizations implementing AI will utilize specific AI observability tools to monitor performance, bias, and model outcomes.
