Observatório Caliandra enhances tool to identify domestic violence

The Observatório Caliandra, part of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Mato Grosso, has enhanced its ‘Quiz do Respeito’ (Respect Quiz) to better identify domestic and family violence against women. The tool is designed to help women recognize signs of abuse and violence in their relationships that may otherwise go unnoticed.

Between January and September 2026, the Observatório Caliandra received 17,538 views. The quiz has become one of the most accessed resources on the platform, recording 957 distinct accesses this year with an average interaction time of 2 minutes and 49 seconds.

Prosecutor Claire Vogel Dutra, coordinator of the Observatório Caliandra, stated that the tool can serve as a vital entry point for awareness, encouraging women to recognize violence and seek protection. The quiz questions were recently restructured using risk factors from the National Risk Assessment Form and updated with more accessible and objective language to facilitate the identification of abusive behaviors.
