OCBC launches Premier One wealth management service in Indonesia
PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (OCBC) has introduced Premier One, an exclusive service designed for high-net-worth individuals with assets under management (AUM) starting from Rp 10 billion. The service aims to address the increasingly complex wealth management needs of affluent clients by providing personalized advisory, investment solutions, and lifestyle benefits.
According to OCBC executives, premier banking clients in Indonesia tend to be conservative, with a high preference for government bonds. Stephanie M. Kristanto, Premier Banking Segment Head, noted that while bonds are a primary choice, the bank focuses on risk mitigation and diversified recommendations to maximize returns during stock market volatility.
The launch follows findings from the OCBC 2026 Net Promoter Score Study, which indicated that 75% of affluent investors desire personalized advice tailored to their specific conditions. The Premier One program seeks to provide proactive advisory and holistic support that extends beyond traditional banking to include mobility, health, and family-related benefits.
