Ocean Aviation breaks ground on $67M Miami airport campus
Ocean Aviation, supported by Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, has broken ground on a new $67 million private aviation campus at Miami Executive Airport (TMB). The project will transform 40 acres of previously undeveloped land into a state-of-the-art facility featuring up to 400,000 square feet of communal and private hangar space, a premium terminal, and a fuel farm.
The development is expected to generate approximately 2,900 construction jobs and 250 permanent positions. This expansion follows Ocean Aviation’s 2024 establishment and its September 2026 acquisition of National Jets at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Together, the TMB and FLL locations will form a dual-airport network serving the Miami–Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area.
