Ocean Boo! to open tenth shabu-shabu restaurant in Miyako Island

Ocean Boo!, a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant, will open its tenth location in Okinawa at Miyako Island on October 10, 2026. The new establishment, named Ocean Boo! Miyako Island, will feature 50 seats, including sofa and sunken hearth (horigotatsu) seating.

The restaurant specializes in serving premium Agu pork and A5 rank Japanese Black Wagyu beef. A signature aspect of their service is the use of a secret homemade broth, which the restaurant promotes as a primary flavor enhancer that reduces the need for additional dipping sauces. The menu will also include side dishes such as Agu pork sausages, dumplings, and local Okinawa mozuku seaweed.
