Ocean Edge Resort expands partnership with Travel Outlook

Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, located in Brewster, Massachusetts, has expanded its two-year partnership with Travel Outlook, The Premier Hotel Call Center™.

Originally utilized to manage overflow reservation calls, the partnership has grown to include reservation call support across the entire 429-acre resort. The collaboration aims to personalize the guest experience by utilizing reservation specialists trained in luxury hospitality principles to guide guests through the resort's various accommodations and amenities.
