Ocean Network Express to move operations to Port of Kalundborg

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has signed an agreement with the Port of Kalundborg and APM Terminals to move its Zealand container operations to the Kalundborg terminal starting in October. As the world’s sixth-largest container shipping line, ONE’s move is expected to significantly increase cargo volume and activity levels at the facility.

The agreement establishes a direct logistics link between Kalundborg and major European hubs, specifically Rotterdam and Antwerp. The terminal will receive weekly container calls from ONE’s feeder vessels, with the first scheduled call by the vessel Penang Bridge on October 4th.

This partnership supports the Port of Kalundborg’s objective to become the largest container terminal in Zealand, enhancing local businesses' access to international supply chains through improved connectivity and operational flexibility.
