Ochacho gifts N400 million Abuja house to TikTok influencer Peller

Businessman Mohammed Odeh Adah, widely known as King Ochacho, has officially gifted TikTok influencer Habeeb 'Peller' Hamzat a property valued at N400 million in Abuja.

The handover took place during a livestream attended by music producer Soso Soberekon. Ochacho presented Peller with the official allocation letter, a payment receipt, and a Power of Attorney to ensure the property is registered in Peller's name. The property is described as a 400-square-meter, fully detached duplex featuring a penthouse and a boys' quarter. Ochacho noted that he has already made the full payment to the company and expects the property to be completed within 60 days.

Peller, who became emotional during the presentation, stated that he had previously intended to surprise his wife with a home in Lekki but found the prices there prohibitive. Ochacho clarified that the house is a gift and does not require any promotional services or advertisements in return.
