OCI Awards recognize excellence in Portuguese internal communication

The 15th edition of the OCI Awards (Excellence in Internal Communication) has announced its winners in Portugal, recognizing outstanding projects across seven categories and academic contributions.

Key winners include:

• Integrated Internal Communication Strategy: Tabaqueira – Philip Morris International for the ‘ONE Portugal’ project. • Innovation, AI, and Digital Transformation: Abreu Advogados for ‘Ninguém fica para trás’. • Change Management and Transformation Strategy: Sogrape for the ‘Sogrape Transformation & Excellence Program (STEP)’. • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance): Grupo Ageas Portugal for the ‘Comunidades D&I’ project. • Internal Events: Novobanco for the ‘Prémios Ser’ initiative. • Employee Value Proposition (EVP): GS1 Portugal for the ‘Pulse – Programa de Bem-Estar’.

In the academic category, Maria Ana Camilo Baranda received the ‘Best FCH-UCP Academic Work’ award.
