OCP Group reports 48.37 billion dirhams turnover for H1 2026
OCP Group reported a turnover of 48.37 billion dirhams for the first half of 2026, a decrease from the 52.17 billion dirhams recorded during the same period in 2025. The group's revenue for the second quarter specifically stood at 28.28 billion dirhams, down from 30.57 billion dirhams the previous year.
The company attributed this limited decline to a challenging international context characterized by geopolitical tensions and logistical disruptions affecting global raw material flows. These factors have impacted demand and price trends in the international fertilizer and phosphate markets. In response, OCP Group proactively adjusted its input supplies, product mix, and production levels to adapt to market conditions.
Regarding capital expenditures, the group recorded 5.92 billion dirhams in the second quarter of 2026, a 36% decrease compared to 9.23 billion dirhams in the second quarter of 2025. This slowdown aligns with the company's previously announced return to normalized spending levels. However, cumulative investment expenditures for the first half of 2026 reached 16.07 billion dirhams, a slight 6% increase from 15.16 billion dirhams in the first half of 2025, driven by strategic projects in industrial, water, and renewable energy infrastructure.
