The series follows two friends whose bond is tested when one is revealed to be an international assassin, pulling both into a dangerous conspiracy.

Spencer described the project as one of the most challenging of her career, noting the emotional depth required to portray her character, Debbie, as she navigates trauma and deception. She also commented on the experience of working alongside Hannah Waddingham, noting that both actresses faced the challenge of performing extensive stunt work, which was new territory for them both.
