Octo Restaurant introduces new Anatolian-inspired menu

Octo Restaurant, located within the JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus, has launched a new menu concept inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Anatolia. Led by Executive Chef Şafak Erten, the menu focuses on seasonal ingredients and local products, utilizing modern culinary techniques to reinterpret traditional flavors.

Key dishes include a Koruklu Tokat grape leaf sauté inspired by the viticulture of the Tokat region, and Tiftik Ribs served with crispy baklava pastry alongside yogurt, tomato, and pepper paste sauces. Other featured items include slow-cooked lamb shank paired with cream-enriched firik bulgur and a dessert titled Limon & Limon, which highlights various textures of lemon.
