October 2026 Anime Releases: 'Magical★Explorer' and 'Genso Suikoden' Announced

Two new anime series are slated to begin broadcasting in October 2026. The light‑novel adaptation "Magical★Explorer" will air from October 2026, produced by WHITE FOX. The story follows the underdog friend character Takine Kousuke, who is reborn in a game world and uses his extensive game knowledge and hidden magical power to help the heroines. The cast includes Shimizu Nobunaga as Takine, Ai Kakuma as Ludi, Saori Onishi as Mizumori Yukine, and M·A·O as Nanami.

The fantasy series "Genso Suikoden" will also launch in October 2026 on TOKYO MX, Kansai TV, BS Asahi and other stations. A new key visual featuring five main characters—Nanami, Victor, Flick, and others—has been released, and a two‑week premium theater preview will run from August 21, offering exclusive character‑sticker gifts and limited‑edition voice recordings for attendees.
