Holiday and academic calendars for 2026 in Argentina, Colombia, and Peru

Various countries in Latin America have established their holiday and academic schedules for the remainder of 2026.

In Argentina, several national holidays are scheduled, including the Day of Respect for Cultural Diversity on October 12, which will create a three-day weekend. Notably, Decree 1103/2026 has established new holidays due to the visit of Pope Leo XIV, including a national holiday on November 9 and a specific holiday for the province of Buenos Aires on November 11.
