Octopus Energy launches FleetBoost to reduce EV charging costs for businesses

Octopus Energy has launched FleetBoost, a new scheme designed to reduce electric vehicle (EV) charging costs for businesses. Through the Octopus Fleet platform, companies can access discounted rates at a network of public chargers, potentially cutting charging bills by up to 30% or approximately £730 per vehicle annually.

The initiative aims to improve the accessibility and affordability of commercial EV transitions. Major charge point operators, including MFG EV Power, IONITY, and Be. EV, have already joined the program. Analysis indicates that 99% of UK areas covered by FleetBoost are within 14 miles of an eligible charger.
