OD Dunaj reconstruction in Bratislava set for spring 2027 opening

The reconstruction of the OD Dunaj complex in Bratislava, which includes the Dom odievania and Bohuslav Brouk buildings, is expected to be completed by spring 2027. CTP Slovakia, the company behind the renovation, aims to obtain the final occupancy permit in January 2027, with tenant move-ins potentially beginning in late March or early April.

The project timeline was adjusted to improve design quality and tenant comfort. Current work includes floor pouring, terrace construction, and facade completion. The renovation of the historic functionalist buildings, originally constructed between 1936 and 1937, aims to integrate the site with the surrounding public space at Námestie SNP.
