Odd Bug Studio releases free expansion for Tails of Iron 2

Odd Bug Studio has released a free post-game expansion for Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter, titled ‘Blood and Brine’. The DLC introduces a new coastal region called Hardshell Brook, which players can access after completing the main campaign.

The expansion features 11 new quests, 10 new bosses, nine new armor sets, original music, and a new fishing mechanic. Players can participate in a mini-game involving capturing over 30 aquatic creatures to assist characters named Jaimie and Sam in building an aquarium.

Additionally, the update includes ‘Indie Heroes’ crossover armor sets inspired by various popular titles, including Blasphemous, Cult of the Lamb, Dave the Diver, Death’s Door, Moonlighter, and Beyond GalaxyLand. These sets have been reimagined in the game’s signature hand-drawn art style. The expansion is available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
