Odell Beckham Jr. Returns to New York Giants After Three‑Year Absence

Odell Beckham Jr. announced on Instagram that he has re‑signed with the New York Giants, the team that drafted him 12th overall in 2014. During his first five seasons in New York he recorded 390 receptions for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns, earned three Pro Bowl selections, and produced several iconic plays, including the celebrated one‑handed catch against the Dallas Cowboys.

After a five‑year, $95 million extension he was traded to the Cleveland Browns in 2019 and later played for the Los Angeles Rams, Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins. Injuries limited his output, and he has not played since the 2024 season. The new contract brings him back to the Giants for the first time in eight years, though the role he will occupy on the offense remains uncertain.
