Odesa car explosions kill driver, injure passenger in second blast of the day
Two vehicle explosions occurred in Odesa, Ukraine, on 28 July. The first blast struck a car parked in the courtyard of a residential building in the morning; the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) classified it as a terrorist attack and the driver was injured.
The second explosion happened that evening on Nebesnoi Sotni Avenue while the vehicle was moving.
