Odinsa secures COP $510,000 million for Pacífico 2 project

Odinsa, the infrastructure subsidiary of Grupo Argos, has successfully secured COP $510,000 million in financing for the Pacífico 2 project in collaboration with Concesión La Pintada. The funding was provided entirely by Bancolombia through a combination of a new COP $320,000 million loan and a COP $190,000 million committed credit line.

This financial operation is part of Grupo Argos’s ACE 1.0 program, which aims to consolidate Odinsa as a single infrastructure manager. The transaction is designed to align debt maturity profiles with long-term toll collection revenues while leaving existing dollar-denominated debt with multilateral and foreign banks unchanged. The financing supports the ongoing operation of 96.5 kilometers of roadway between Bolombolo, La Pintada, and Primavera.
