OUHS Vice‑Chancellor Manas Ranjan Sahoo held a virtual meeting with college deans, an FIR was lodged at Bhubaneswar Capital Police Station, and the recently passed Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill 2026 will guide the inquiry, which will examine WhatsApp messages, timestamps and mobile records.
