ODS Co., Ltd. to launch industrial touch panel and STB system this winter

ODS Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based manufacturer of commercial information terminals, has announced the upcoming winter launch of a new system combining industrial touch panel displays with Set-Top Boxes (STB) running either Android or Windows OS.

Designed to address labor shortages and support digital transformation (DX), the system targets industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and retail. The product line includes four screen sizes—15.6, 21.5, 24, and 32 inches—featuring IP65-rated dustproof and waterproof performance suitable for 24/7 continuous operation in harsh environments.

ODS aims to provide a one-stop solution that includes hardware selection, procurement, and custom enclosure manufacturing. This approach is intended to allow IT vendors and system integrators to focus on software development while reducing the operational burden of hardware implementation.
