The city of Oer-Erkenschwick has launched a new digital service allowing residents to book appointments for bulky waste and large appliance collection online.

The service is available 24/7 via the city's official website. Through the online system, citizens can specify the types and quantities of items to be collected and request preferred pickup dates.

Bulky waste collection for private households remains free of charge. After submitting a request, users must confirm their email address to proceed. Once the city reviews and schedules the appointment, a final confirmation containing the specific pickup date and item list is sent via email.
