Offenburg traffic accident injures motorcyclist, French driver unharmed

On Tuesday afternoon at about 14:30, a traffic collision occurred on the B3/B33a near Offenburg, Germany. A 31‑year‑old French driver changed lanes and failed to see a 65‑year‑old rider on a Yamaha motorcycle heading toward the A5 motorway. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment, while the driver escaped without injury.

Police estimated the material damage at roughly €5,000 and partially closed the road until around 16:20. Authorities have asked the public for any information about the crash.
