Office of the Registrar of Political Parties announces 365 jobs

The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) has announced 365 short-term job opportunities to support upcoming electoral activities in Kenya. The recruitment aims to secure competent individuals to serve as County Monitors (55), Constituency Monitors (290), and Call Centre Monitors (20).

Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring the pre-election, election, and post-election activities of political parties. Their primary mandate is to ensure compliance with the Constitution, the Political Parties Act, and the Code of Conduct for Political Parties. These roles will be stationed at the county, constituency, and headquarters levels.

Applicants are required to undergo clearance processes from several agencies, including the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), and the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB). Applications must be submitted through the ORPP e-recruitment portal by September 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
